3 stars: So finally after reinstalling the app and logging back in I'm getting notifications again, but still not all the time. I had to reinstall the app on everyone's phone in the house to get ANY notifications as none of us were getting them. Also when I click the live view button on the timeline it doesn't enter live view right away anymore, you have to also hit on the video player which says \
3 stars: Gave it a 3 because it use to be a 5 and now it's a ZERO. Latest update crashes evertime you use it. I've had the system for several years and loved it until now. With the latest update it is Useless. If it's not fixed quickly I will trash these and purchase something reliable, Security has to be 100% reliable.
5 stars: Great Ring battery security camera, I have some issues sometimes when the live view is just a black screen but its quickly fixed by agents by simply chatting or calling them, amazing customer service 👌🏻
