4 stars: still testing..so I might update the review. the app needs to be running for the call to arrive. The genius of this program.. is the huge potential roaming charges savings..2 ways..you can forward ALL calls from your current phone to this number while roaming and using a local sim. you can use the numero number as your contact number. Roaming at $2-4 per minute is no fun.
