5 stars: Love the prices and free shipping. I recently updated the app but now the descriptions are all in a foreign language and I have it set for USA and English language.. Customer support for these type of issues suck. Refunds and returns are really iffy right now. I loved it when it first came up, but now things are not working right. Hopefully I will have this fixed if they read these comments.

5 stars: I've been buying from Vova for about a year now and have bought dozens of things from them. The couple of things that didn't arrive I was given a refund within a few days no problems. I recently installed the app. and had no problems with my 1st order. Am now waiting to receive items from a second order. Love the free shipping and the tracking.
