3 stars: So finally after reinstalling the app and logging back in I'm getting notifications again, but still not all the time. I had to reinstall the app on everyone's phone in the house to get ANY notifications as none of us were getting them. Also when I click the live view button on the timeline it doesn't enter live view right away anymore, you have to also hit on the video player which says \
3 stars: Gave it a 3 because it use to be a 5 and now it's a ZERO. Latest update crashes evertime you use it. I've had the system for several years and loved it until now. With the latest update it is Useless. If it's not fixed quickly I will trash these and purchase something reliable, Security has to be 100% reliable.
4 stars: As of today I am now able to use my Ring App after not using it for over a week. I can now log into the Ring app. Service tech Ms. Grace was able to try different ways of logging in. The last result was to reset my Wi-Fi connection thru the settings. I did not want to reset the phone back to factory setting.
3 stars: App works well, has some good features. I find the whole system freezes up if you attempt to view video within a short period after previously viewing. Also, I think there should be some options for light adjustment. My ring over adjust on bright days. All I see is white past a few feet.
4 stars: The recent updates have more or less rendered the app/product useless. Rarely connects. Notifications are a lottery. Not happy at all....
