4 stars: When I started using this tool I had no expectations on what it could do, and maybe as a result of that I think this is an awesome gadget and it works great for me. Use it to scan fabric or whatever to get paint color ideas, don't expect something at this price to be capable of an exact paint color match.
5 stars: works good. not sure why all the bad reviews, guess you gotta be smarter than the devise your using.

5 stars: I've been painting for over 30 years 25 years at Cedar Point Amusement Park being the foreperson at the park I purchased colorsnap match for new Sherwin-Williams colors I have a 99.9% match. For PPG colors and Benjamin Moore cuz any experience painters know it's going to be close but not perfect great item love it
5 stars: Loved it. I work at sherwin Williams and I tested a few colours and it worked out. To those who connect the issue is that once it starts flashing fast after already pressing it, then you have to press the button again to confirm. Thus pressing the connect button twice
