3 stars: I can not track my bus. i waited for it for so long on the stop but could not understand where my bus is. tracking system is pathetic. I write an email 2 times but could not get any reply. When called customer care representative said your connection might be poor but my question is if I am able to operate every other app why this tracking system has network issue.
5 stars: I feel the service is pretty good. 95% of the time the service is on time. Vehicles are clean and they drive carefully. sometimes the app gets struck but fine. Give the option of selecting the seat while booking :) If the vehicle is late inform it well in advance, dont send a notification before 20 mins.
3 stars: bus service is excellent. support needs to improve. There is a refund expected from zipgo which is not being attended to after shutting bangalore operations. hence need be careful with recharging of your zipgo wallet!
5 stars: Loved this zipgo app , as this is so easy to use, smart gps tracking, accurate eta to know where the vehicle is, and the zipgo service is so good. ive been a customer past 1 year....not even a single trouble....thanks zipgo for an ultimate solution for office commute....
