4 stars: Often does not record and now does nothing at all. Now has rectified itself. I will give it 3 more stars ( total 4). I spend alot of time altering settings in order to get it to do what I want. However, it is a great value camera when it functions properly.

4 stars: I am a new user. This is a good security camera app - but it can be even much better if the app can have features such as 1) able to set a schedule for recording 2) able to start recording when a human movement is triggered. I am not sure if to do 1) \u0026 2) does the app require some inbuilt features on the camera. Btw I am using a smart wifi camera.
5 stars: Great app really enjoying the ability to link in so many cameras, have been using this for 6 months bar one issue when it lost connection, spoke to securefast technical support in the UK and the engineer resolved it straight away - otherwise no issues at all would highly recommend this for home security use.
4 stars: Functionally pretty dependable, but wifi setup was problematic. Sometimes I lose video and sometimes i have to reboot the camera. Cloud functionality feels sloppy, but works most of the time. Video is pretty good quality and the 2-way communication is cool. There are so many opportunities for improvement, but effective as is.
