3 stars: love the scales but wish when I clicked on a certain section it would tell me what this means for my overall health and what I can do to improve it.
3 stars: Got the new Galaxy S10+. The phone sees the bluetooth connection but it will not get data from the scale. Was using on my old phone with no problems. It was a five star app for me before but now it's a 3 unless there is a way to get it to work.
3 stars: I like the function of the app. What I dont like is that it requires me to turn on my GPS. They say it is an Android thing, or something to that effect, yet I don't have a single other app, or Bluetooth device, that isn't for navigation, that requires this. Seems sketchy.
3 stars: Just downloaded the app and can't sign up. Rubbish!!!! So now I can't adjust settings for my newly purchased scale. A bad 1st impression. Update: Had to use another device to sign up for the app. Informed the developers and expressed my disapointment.
5 stars: Had an issue with Galaxy S10 connecting to the scale, but customer support took care of the situation like rock stars and all is working now. Renpho is good company and I would purchase another product from them.
3 stars: The app need our location in order for the bluetooth to work. Why is that?
