5 stars: Excellent one-stop shop for makeup, skincare products, fragrances, beauty tools, shampoo \u0026 conditioner....to name a few... I always receive excellent service every time I go to a Sephora store, as well.
3 stars: easy to manage and navigate, but if im on the app for a while or im looking at one item for over a couple minutes say reading the description or something it'll get glitch in a way almost getting stuck, i cant go back a page or click forward to something else. It'll just continue to show me the loading screen until i force shut down the app and reopen it
5 stars: Extremely user friendly! Very easy to find what you're looking for, even more so than the website. Have never encountered pop up adds while using the app. However, do make sure to turn notifications off if you don't want daily or weekly app notifications from them regarding sales or restocks.
3 stars: Glitchy app, first time using the app. It glitch on me when I was in checkout. I had entered a gift card during and when i verified my shipping address some how my cart removed an item. Next when i tried to enter the giftcard again it told me i had 0 balance. Panic for a little bit then i decided to restart the app. it work afterwards .
