4 stars: Upgraded to 4stars, for finally listening (about errors regarding reward points in my case) and fixed them quite fast. Thank you. But I stand my ground on the the prices which are still too high, pls make it more affordable like it used to, at least. Keep up the good work.
3 stars: appreciate if you could do a PUSH NOTIFICATION if you are planning to perform a maintenance of the app. also a suggestion to perform the maintenance between 12-6am rather than at 830pm. this is the 2nd time that i would like to redeem your red app rewards but unable to because all of a sudden there was an update
5 stars: hello, I already purchase for non stop red social, but when I play instagram, it still using my data/internet that I bought, where's the FREE? this things happen recently, before this its just okay. 5 stars: Upgrade to 5 Stars. I am glad my 2GB Free on weekend has been fixed. For me the application easy to use and I like it. Just a bit sad that internet passes that can be redeem with rewards point increased compare to last time. But still I like Hotlink internet offer now for festival :)
3 stars: online payment method is not good. it leads to browser when we top up online or by using credit/debit card. You should make it whithin the app to be more safe banking of the customer.
