4 stars: The vehicle I have offers 4 and 6 passenger service. At times I just wish to do 4 passenger service and the app will not allow me to turn off the 6 passenger service. The reason I wish to turn off the 6 passenger service. At times I'm the only six passenger vehicle around and they send me 30 minutes away to pick up Riders, that I only wish to go 3 MI. I spend more time driving to them then the actual right itself.
5 stars: The app is super easy to use and efficient. I appreciate the forms and account access on the app. I love working for Lyft! It's been over 3 years now. The hub is wonderful and the support has been exceptional. The company is organized and the staff are professional and kind. Great to be connected through the app as well. I would recommend keeping bags in your car for vomiting. I've never had an issue since I carry bags.
3 stars: Lyft needs to work on the airport situations. Also, there should be a surcharge for pick ups when a drive gets into double digit drives to get someone. drives should also get paid 75% of what the rider is chargered. I understand that the company needs to make $$$, however 60% isn't enough. we the drivers are the ones taking the risk and have maintenance costs for our vehicles.
