4 stars: Drivers are mostly good and professional but only if they come. There are incidents when I booked a driver late at night after a party but after confirmation also driver didn't turn up. Ridiculous were the excuses like, \
5 stars: being my first experience with DriveU, I can fairly say it was an amazing experience. Seamless booking and professional driver. only feedback is that if the Driver was booked for X hours and because the work done happened in X-2 hrs.. the charge should be for X and some premium on opportunity loss but not for full two hours.
5 stars: The app is great and the service really fantastic. Today Harish was our driver who is well spoken, knowledgeable and patient. Drives carefully and follows rules. keep up the good work.
3 stars: They have good quality drivers and also the app works fine. Not sure of few thing that they have stopped customer service call center it make me believe that they are not genuine. Apart from that they have made it a habit of coming in late. I booked for second time and drivers was late by 30 mins. Chat supot was just apologizing and giving reasons I could not believe. I won't be using this app any more. Bye Bye DriveU.
5 stars: Great app......i never thought this kind of service exists in Hyderabad...within a short notice they arranged a driver and initially were unable to get a driver on board..but kept trying and communicating till they got...😘😄😣👍
