5 stars: This app definitely deserves 5 stars from me. I have trouble remembering my password and really appreciate the efficiency of bringing up the app and going through an easy check-in to save me from having to go digging around through all the weird places I wind up keeping my passwords. I even forgot I had the app, to be honest, but it saved me in my time of need so for that I gotta say well done, microsoft authenticator. Well done.
4 stars: Useless at the moment, hasn't been working for over a month now on Samsung Note 8. Update: I actually reinstalled soon after the device update when I noticed it crashing frequently, it didn't help then. It works now, but I installed it from play store earlier too, never used anything from galaxy app store. Anyway I'm glad it's working. Still don't get why there is an email to which we can't send emails to in the developer contact section.
4 stars: Almost perfect 2FA app. Love that it alerts me to allow a sign-in rather than opening an app to copy the number and paste it. More sites and apps should support this! Why 4 instead of 5? The alerts sometimes (1 in 10) take a while to show up or don't show until I open the app
4 stars: The only real problem is that the app doesn't manage the fingerprint reader, and asks the system password. So I had to set it unprotected at logon, because my system password is quite complicated, too much to be retyped at every logon. This lowers heavily the app security.
