3 stars: I faced with some problems that you should fix in the next revisions; 1. I can not send files in this app, please provide it. 2. I can not refer to previous messages when I am in chat with somebody. 3. The stickers and Gifs collections are limited. 4. I can not personalize interface and them. 5. The create new group buttom could be added to main page of messenger. 6. I can not edit messages, please provide it.
3 stars: lots of people on here just want to play games. ask for money or itunes cards. some people want to be serious on here. seems lik almost everyone lives in Ghana, Africa. also use fake profiles or multiple profiles with different names. please do something about that. otherwise a good site and good way to meet people. been talking to one for about a year

4 stars: Its a great app, it really is!! its great to use for texting and calling!! the only real down sides is that pictures and videos have started to take forever to send, and if someone sends you a video you cant download it anymore! Im sure the app will be a perfect five stars if these issues are fixed!!! (also, bring back custom message alerts, we all miss it-)
