4 stars: Have found plenty of recipes i enjoy. Easy cross referencing interface between recipes/menu calendar/shopping list. Wish i could put custom items on shopping list (eg cat food). Published weekly menu plans would be a great feature.
3 stars: I like the app but I wish I could add my own ingredients to my meal planner. When adding one of my own meals to the planner, I have to choose ingredients from a list and if my ingredient isn't there then I'm screwed! For instance, I'm planning a Katsu Chicken Curry dinner, the Katsu seasoning I use isn't on the SideChef list, therefore I can only add chicken and rice to my meal!
4 stars: Super great source of recipes. has step by step mode to walk you though which is handy. I hate how with my samsung note, there is no intuitive way to back a screen. I have to close program to get to recipes again. I get stuck in cookbook, get stuck in meal plan. its really frustrating. could be a wonderful app but I may end up deleting it.
3 stars: This app looks great however its not totally usable for me. About half the images dont load and there doesn't appear to be a way to refresh.
5 stars: Update: Scrolling issues have been fixed. The client runs much smoother now. It's a pity that you have to make an account even to use favorites but that's not that much of an issue anyway. [Review updated to 5 🌟] Laggy as hell. Using it equals to torture. Would be willing to give it another try if it performed better.
