3 stars: Combining the call log and text messages is extremely inconvenient! It's nearly impossible to find a customer text in the jumble of phone calls i make every day! I also do not like integrating my personal contacts with my work (Smartline) contacts. I opted for SmartLine specifically to keep my personal and professional lives separate.
4 stars: If you have issues with the app not notifying you about texts until you turn your phone on and only showing your own phone number for incoming calls, try clearing data and cache. Worked for me.
3 stars: It is 9.99$ per months. instead for 20$ you can get a second sim card from project fi or any other provider in your phone, and have it more relyable. Need a modern phone with 2 sim slots tho. For 0$ you can get Google voice #.
4 stars: works great, was awesome for my small business combined with auto call recorder to be able to go back later and glean the value information but now google took call recorders away. Sometimes, I wish it was a more logical user interface but it must make sense to others...
5 stars: I ts a goodsend for small business. the most useful aspect is how esasy it is to set up and use. without a million featires and settings I would never use anyway.
