4 stars: zoomerang seems like it would be a great video editor, but it makes the image longer than it is in real life, which I don't really like, so I don't use that that much, but if you don't get bothered by that, then I highly recommend it

It is super cool and you don't even have to pay because the cool effects are free! You just need to follow them on Instagram. Once again, amazing app!
