3 stars: It does do what it said. But I'm having a little of problem here with this app, usually when my phone finished charging or reaching its trickle stage, it will notify me with a tone. But suddenly after a while it stopped notifying me. I was kinda annoyed with this and please fix it. Overall it is a good app, it helps to make my phone's battery last a bit longer than usual.
