3 stars: very good game but very frustrating and annoying control. like when you want to relocate a level 1 wind power plant it keeps clicking on other stuff. freaking threw my phone
5 stars: Great game. If the value of the timely surprise, given by the citizens, would have been more, I would have been more happy.

4 stars: I could've given this game 5 stars if it weren't for this issue. When I enter a friend code, I enter the right one but it says 'Unknown Code'. Everything else is ok so that's why I gave it 4 stars. And is it possible to visit other cities?

Been loosing cost return on buildings even \nthough I level up on them. Overall I do like these games. Not enough \ndecorations also
