4 stars: I have been satisfied with Lyft so far. Lately, the app has not been showing where the driver is at and it lags. I am also having the problem where it is way off from the time they are supposed to arrive. It also has been switching my driver to one that is further away when the other one will be closer.
5 stars: Was in Boston for a few days, most i had to wait was 8 mins because of heavy traffic. Fast service and friendly drivers.
3 stars: I like the app and generally dont have negative experiences with it but it frequently says that drivers are much closer than they actually are which is very misleading and makes getting places a lot more difficult.
3 stars: Lyft needs to fix their map, I wasn't able to see what route my driver was coming from because it had frozen. Then when I got in the car, the driver claimed he was already there though I didn't see him. The map needs updating.
4 stars: so i ride lyft alot and lately after your updates i cant see where my driver is anymore all i can see is how long until they arrive thats crazy you need to fix this other people are having same problem based off reviews i read this needs to be fixed.
5 stars: Excellent way to get rides (relatively cheaper than Über. P. S. -Cannot add payment info for credit card by camera photo scan. Have to manually type in the credit card numbers. This is on my Google Pixel 2 XL smartphone.
