3 stars: App version prior to the update from a few weeks ago was much, much better. \nNew version doesn't have a way to add a sold item to the wait list without \ncommitting to purchasing it when it's available, and the favourites list is \ngone. Also, there's no more recommended items at the bottom of the page \nwhere you're viewing the current item. Seriously disappointing. The new \naesthetic and layout changes tho are nice, that's about it.

4 stars: The app function wells, but omits certain functions (e.g., you can't do \nreturns from the app). Certain customer information also is hard to find. \nMost of all, I have the feeling that the company has fallen on hard times. \nThe quality and selection has changed a lot. There are frequent shipping \nerrors, where they send the wrong thing.
