3 stars: the app constantly stops showing my current location when driving. requiring me to force atop the app and restart it. waze and google maps work fine though. on occasion i will end a ride only to find out shortly after that the servers still ahow the ride as open. rebooting the phone to fix may lock me out of the ap for several hours. it says to log out of anotjer device. works the majority of the time, but this is frustrating.
3 stars: The app is good overall, even though it loses sense of direction sometimes when navigating. I do Ubereats and I wish there was a way that forces a customer to confirm that they are recieving their order while they are with the driver. I had some instances where people recieved their food and claimed that the food was not delivered. it is so annoying!!!
4 stars: There are no places to put suggestions on the app, the help section is limited. The maps need to adjust so you pick up people on the right side not the left. It's also very difficult to verify your military status, tech support hasn't been helpful.
4 stars: the app is a good way to make money but it seems to have lots of bugs, I'm not sure if it's the app or just random inconsistencies, but sometimes I just won't get any trips for hours??
5 stars: this app is used by So many of us in the entire world. therefore it's part of life saving to needy families including mine. thanks
