4 stars: Great for the time you need a prescription but dont want to wait several hours at walk in or hospital. Yes there is fee but I would rather pay the fee than feel miserable at the hospital for hours
4 stars: Not bad. It's not quite on par with BC's Medeo program, which is basically a virtual walk-in clinic, and I'd receive prescriptions as well as lab test requisitions online via video chat. (Plus BC's program is covered under provincial healthcare). I like Maple's app though - very easy and straight forward to use. I think virtual health care is the future, so it's nice to see an online platform emerging.
