4 stars: I got a damaged package of baby food. After sending the details, netmeds responded quickly and gave me refund the same day. I would advice to work upon the packaging and courier services a little bit more since medicines should be handled with more care. All the best Netmeds!!☺️☺️
4 stars: i like this app. this app can ship orders to small towns also which is amazing. but the only problem is that is some medicine are out off stock most of time. they should restock medicines faster and add a notification feature via email that would notify the buyers via email when their medicines are available.
3 stars: Almost evrything is good about it. Start from availability of drugs to chyanwanprash. You will get almost everything you want and combined with it horrible slow delivery partners it churns out only 3 stars. Surprisingly delivery of 3tier small towns is faster than 2teir cities. Netmeds I love the experience but hated the slow delivery.
4 stars: This is bogus app.I have ordered some medicine on 10 th october 18 .Today 21th October 18 I have not receive medicine,but this medicine is very urgent.Cutomer service is very bad also. Now delivery is fast and service is good.I am satisfied.This is fantastic app.
