5 stars: Since one of the most recent updates, pressing blackvue cloud causes the app to crash (blackvue has stopped working) therefore I can't view my camera anymore. Reinstalling doesn't fix the issue, logging out does, but the crashing starts upon logging back in. Using a Note 9. Please fix, cloud is a main feature for these cameras!

5 stars: Hi, the apps is working great till recently issue with loading. It required to tap on firmware download tab before able to load the camera for viewing. Else it will just auto closed before that step.
3 stars: Buggy... good cameras but they have bugs that need to be constantly addressed. Only good way to quickly access footage is to remove the sd card.
3 stars: Since last update blackvue cloud is force closing the app. Using Galaxy note 9
3 stars: Can't share video on WhatsApp, always fails while uploading... Can't update OTA. I download the file but when connected to the camera suddenly 'no software update found'. Have to take out SD card and start fiddling on the computer. That's not OTA nor user friendly.
