4 stars: i think grab need to give us many as they can about promos because we need promo and no need to limit the grab promo like uber. love u grab!!
3 stars: Aplikasinya banyak kurangnya. Misal kolom search di grabfood, kalau cari lokasi, lokasi yg dimaksud tidak paling atas. Siapkan jg fasilitas favourite jd user bisa order makanan yg sama, jd ga perlu cari2 lg di search.
3 stars: Kebanyakan driver grab tidak mau datang padahal di aplikasi udah diambil. Dan bukannya dia yang cancel tapi nyuruh customernya untuk cancel orderan padahal siapa yang gak mau ambil. Untuk alasan cancelnya macem bilang ban nya bocor, mau pulang, kejauhan dll. O iya ada juga driver yang minta cancel terus customernya gak mau cancel malah seolah2 driver anterin customer.
