3 stars: It was great at first so I payed to get the full version. Then with the last update I lost all the extra stuff I'd paid for. I've tried logging in to fix the subscription, but it freezes and won't let me in. I'd give it 5 stars if that hadn't happened. Pretty expensive app to have such a serious glitch!
4 stars: I signed up for the free trial, and it automatically is putting me down for a monthly subscription. I noticed when I first signed up that I can opt for a lifetime subscription, instead. If I want to change to that, how can I do it? I don't see any way to change it.

3 stars: My son loves app and is learning a lot even with his speech issues but can only access on his or my phone. His accomplishments won't transfer over to the desktop computer which is what I prefer him to use, but at moment having to use phone so that he can still work on it while we go places.
5 stars: I reported a problem with the app not launching correctly for my phone. The CSR and IT Support team reached out to me immediately and patched the app to make it compatible with my Galaxy S7. Best support team I have ever encountered for an app! These guys are the best!
