3 stars: It does not show the taxify cabs, their location and movement in the area the way some other apps do
3 stars: Some Taxify drivers are sooo rude. Imagine one asking me to go to hell,because I asked him to change location. Pick up my kids bring them home and pick me out. and the other one today rudely cancelled the trip and asked me to request another one because I didn't call him!! Pls this guys needs more training on the job. Am getting tired of some of them being rude.
3 stars: The app is fine. You need to improve on billing at the end of the ride. Yesterday, November 4 I had to pay a driver an estimated fee because the app stopped working. I hope you are considering to spread your services to other towns/city in Kenya, apart from Nairobi and Mombasa
3 stars: The time keeps updating/refreshing so you don't know from the start how long the waiting time is. It also chargers you for any cancellation...no matter how quick you cancel...or that you're cancelling a 10mins waiting time ride. However, the price is decent. So far.
4 stars: Generally a good service. I have had problems with some of the drivers on several occasions. Some of them tend to start a ride before pickup and end up charging you for a ride not taken. Plus, a customer care number is needed for complaints. Their support service can be better.
5 stars: Please try to expand your network in places like limuru. Most drivers don't want to go to such places. I have been let down 3times
