3 stars: Good app but every time you open another app or locks the screen during a \nworkout it either: freezes and does not go to the next exercise (fast \nworkouts), uncheck the exercises that you already completed and zeroes the \nworkout time.
5 stars: Good variety of workouts and explanations for how to do them properly, desperately needs a function to add custom workouts
