5 stars: Awesome app, the burn I feel right now after my first workout is a sure sign that my results will meet my expectations! Just not sure if it's once a day or more yet. My reminder just popped up at 7pm after my 5 o'clock workout...🤔
4 stars: It's very good as far as work out routine. It has the right Pace, especially if your like me an really don't take breaks. The only thing I don't like in all the add even going to fb or pulling up you messages they pop up.
3 stars: The workout is awesome but the pop ups and ads is so extreme on my phone. Wish I can download it and continue with my workout but I can't deal with the pop ups and ads! If it improve with the pop ups on phone even I'm not using the app just let me know so I can download it again
3 stars: all the pop up ads r extremely obnoxious and even tho i continuously set it for no notifications it still notifies me every damn day ugh! And ive been doing the elite for a week now but feel no type of soreness in my glutes just my thighs😒😒 im not trying to get hip dips doing all these squats!!!!
4 stars: Started day 1 today, I did starter, elite \u0026 advanced. The only thing I do not like is all the pop up ads since downloading this app. Look forward to having a 🍑 bottom if I stick out the workouts and ads lol.
4 stars: I love this app but all the pop up ads that keeps popping up on my phone during texts, phone calls etc, is very annoying. Almost wants me to uninstall this ap due to the pop ups!...
