5 stars: This app works flawless. This app is intended to be installed and administered by professionals in the automation trade. People that are having issues, either have bad programming on there hub, or are using low end android devices. If you installed this app without being a programmer, please uninstall because you don't have SIMPL, VTPro, or toolbox on your computer to administer a crestron hub.
3 stars: Would love to be able to backup app data! Disappointing that isn't an option right now.

5 stars: Works well For those who say it doesn't have 3g/4g support, you are wrong. The issue is ports that are blocked by your cell provider. For those that think it only does limited pages, you are wrong. The free version is limited, the upgraded pro version (via in-app purchase) doesn't have the limitations.
