3 stars: I wish that Namecheap would use the normal authenticator process so I could add to Authy instead of using this one off app. It works as it should, but ultimately it's redundant.
3 stars: namecheap service and support are great, but the app currently doesn't provide the proper mfa functionality. the mfa process is currently broken and needs to be addressed before it can be re-enabled. the app will function as an app, but mfa should be considered a problem.

5 stars: This app is great. 2FA works perfectly and the documentation is clear. I'm pretty they have a customer support number if you further assistance. People who can't set up 2FA either have crappy phones or they are too stupid.

3 stars: Pretty frustrating to have to click images that disappear and then have to re-enter password repeatedly and then it still doesn't work --- especially when you have a painfully long password. Maybe it was just me not entering the password right. Anyway namecheap is great! I highly recommend their services. The app not so much.
