3 stars: No settings for illness or allergies. Asking me about full fat cow's milk, but I am lactose intolerant. The word 'vegetables' doesn't come close to the variety of greens we use. I may try to make a program for chronic pain tracking, but I'm not sure this works for sick people... The ones who could use it to improve quality of life.
4 stars: Over the short time I've been using this app I've found it quite useful and helpful. The happiness builders are great and the garden is a great idea for incentive and motivation. Over all I am enjoying Alive quite a bit. The only part I find strange is the food entries. There aren't many pre written options and I find them to be quite random. Being able to add anything at the bottom helps though. I definitely recommend this app for self development and happiness building.
