3 stars: Apparently for young people only. I had to scroll through 59 years, a month at a time, to tell it my birthday. Think I sprained my hand! FAQs aren't very helpful and use terms without explaining what they mean. Like, what is "sleep onboarding" and how do I know if I've been through it? Maybe I'm too old to understand (not!). Types of activities are also limited.
3 stars: Since the upgrade my Shine won't sync with my Samsung Galaxy S3, despite the app saying it is supported. The Shine has a new battery and lights up. I have tried Support's suggestions (restart bluetooth, restart app or restart phone) nothing has worked. My Shine is now just ugly jewelry. So disappointed. Your review score is plummeting daily. Please FIX IT or leave the market to Fitbit. I used to love my Shine.
4 stars: Are you having syncing issues? I think I found a problem that might help. 1... Either use MISFIT or LINK but don't try and install both. I think they fight over sync. 2... If your still giving sync issues, don't uninstall and reinstall simply go into application manager, find MISFIT, and clear cache, then try syncing again.
