3 stars: Newbie runner, but this app is one of my essentials. Easy to choose music, watch your pace, and keep up with competitive friends! Doesn't tell you when you slow down, though. I'd like to know so I can make adjustments. October 27, 2017 update: Took away a star BECAUSE OMG, PLEASE BRING BACK CHALLENGES BETWEEN FRIENDS.
4 stars: Though I like the app and use it each time that I run to track my progress and achievements, this app occasionally fails to track my runs after I start the app! Or I may lose my run data without my canceling the run. I use my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with the app, but cannot sync this app to my Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch. For such a sync to work with a runner's app, I must use the Samsung Health app. I wish that I could use my smartwatch with Nike ++ Running app, instead of having to use my larger smartphone, for more comfort and convenience.
