3 stars: - Location Mapping Error. Kenapa sekarang aplikasi gojek susah banget untuk cari lokasi by typing, harus dicari manual baru bisa. Pls bikin fitur tambahan agar bisa chat langsung dengan para driver yg akan mengantar, jadi kita sama-sama tidak perlu effort untuk menghubungi, belom lagi kendala nomor tidak bisa dihubungi.

3 stars: - Need to improve go-car and go- jek options for ordering. For example, it would be good if there is an option to exclude drivers who are far away so when you're in a hurry you are only matched with drivers nearby (rather than have drivers far away accept your order and you have to cancel and order again). Also if you cancel with one driver for some reason and re-order, that same driver should not be able to accept the order since you already cancelled with them before.
