4 stars: SpotHero: Get Parking Deals Nearby apk download - I used the App last year in Chicago and worked just fine. This month the App was not responsive and had to use the website. I reserved & paid for spot in NYC, went to garage but was overbooked. Then made/paid another reservation at different garage. Called customer service and they refunded the original reservation right away.

3 stars: - App stopped working (could not get ref # showing I had paid) when I got to lot to pay and leave. SMH
5 stars: - I find the app to be consistent and stable. The barcode image is easily read by the scanners at parking locations. It's very quick and easy to navigate. I find the access to support through the app is easy, too.
