3 stars: Fitness & Bodybuilding apk download - I really loved it. It has gifs which makes it very unique because the video are too large to download specially when you offline and pictures hard to be explained. However, it need alot of improvement. It need more to be organized and add more exercises for more parts like gluts. I really liked own custom built workout but every time I create one it does not save it for some reasons and I have to do it again:( I really can't complain because it is free. I would really like to pay for this app because it is really cheap but the app doesn't explains what features I would get. Thank you
4 stars: Fitness & Bodybuilding apk download - This app has been useful to me for 2 years but some things are missing and need to be added 1. Add more new excercises with videos how to do that 2. Add new workout sessions like abs crushers , calorie Burns etc 3 and meal , carb ,Cal,protien calculator Then it'll be a complete package now I need to download different apps for this things .....hope to hear soon from devs!! 4 stars: - good for someone trying to learn how to work out. i do wish it gave alternatives for exercises if you dont feel safe doing some. (i know i feel very uneasy doing barbell stuff since i workout alone and dont have a spotter)
4 stars: - Brilliant app. I love the clear descriptions, images and videos too support a plan of action in your workout. Works have rated 5 star if you could select available equipment and a filter works show a list of exercises possible for the desired without. Eg. Available equipment is Dumbbells, so only those exercises should show that use no equipment or dumbbells.
5 stars: - absolutley amazing for somone who wants to go to the gym but doesnt know what or how to do it! this gives me movtivation cauae now i dont need to follow my buddies around learning how to do stuff
