5 stars: - I love this app and recommend it to anyone who wants to get in shape. The workouts challenge you, but they aren't too difficult. The diet is simple and not overwhelming at all. In fact, the diet is my favorite part because it gives you an easy to follow product list. It was simple fare (which is good because I dont cook anything more complicated than eggs lol)! I cant even begin to describe how helpful this has been for me. I feel better! Ive lost weight! And Im only on day 9!
