4 stars: This is a pretty good simulator. Game play is explained in an understanding matter. Hard to close stitches on the outside, taking precious time off the clock. Overall I would recommend this to adults, or older teens, as it is somewhat graphic, try and beat your own high score! Only issue, as others have also pointed out, we need more levels! This has been a fun 45 minutes. That's played all 5 levels twice with 3 stars on all but one. Good job dev's, keep it coming as people are obviously begging for more. Had to delete due to lack of new levels, but will keep my eyes open for an update.
5 stars: Bruh. This game saved my lil sis life fr. One time we wuz smoking that good good lettuce and we wuz walking to get sum micky deez... Nutz. Got em. Fr we wuz heading to micky ds we wuz havin em munchies so we poped right in the clique and we bought sum of that good 1 dollah menu. And our way home she tripped into some glass. So i did what i did on the game. So i Opened her up took out the glass out her lungs. So i had to pick her up becayse she wuz still sleepy. But she good good now bruh. She's been as sleep for like a week now but. Aye aye skrrt skrrt she a louzy ni🅱🅱a. Yall. But she mine lil sis. Ight peace out yall. Gang gang.
