5 stars: Belly Legs Butt apk download - Great App!! I tried a few workouts on my own so it can start tracking my progress and did 1 of the 7 minute workouts. 2 days later and I'm still sore. Going to try the personal trainer feature tonight. It's self explanatory and quite helpful. Definitely user friendly for beginners or not. I would only suggest adding modified options if some people need it.
4 stars: Belly Legs Butt apk download - It would be nicer with a different voice lol. But at least its a computer, pronounces everything. I love that there are pictures, word directions, and a video. There is also different things you can do, 7mins, 4mins, personal coach that actually tests what your capable of to get the perfect workout for you, etc. Only reason i give it 4 stars is because the ads pop up right when i pushed start on a few exercises but that was my fault for stopping halfway through and turning my screen off. Still would be nice of ads were before u push start or after the exercise. After one workout and "test" i am actually feeling the "burn". Love it. :)
5 stars: - Before I got pregnant I wanted to work out but never had the drive to do it. Even after having my daughter I still wanted to work out but still didn't have the drive. I absolutely love this app because it tested my body to see how much I could handle so that way the work out fit to me and because of that I know have the drive. Also I really like using the personal coach but working out and keeping up with a 2 month old can be hard so thankfully there are the 4 minute and 7 minutes workouts♡ this app is nothing short of amazing! Not to mention I felt the burn not even 10 minutes after I had done one work out on the first day! I am so excited to see how far I can go in a month!
