5 stars: Using Microsoft products, for me, is a pain. I always forget my password or they don't seem to match between computers or applications. This makes it super easy to approve a sign in and not go through my list of saved passwords to try to figure out what passythe app wants to use today. I don't have this issue with other compy, but for some reason I am a dark cloud when it comes to Microsoft.
4 stars: I had problems in the past, but if I'm being honest, I was effing around with stuff on my phone. After factoring my phone and reinstalling it, (this process can be confusing and you need to remember to remove requiring the authenticator to log in to your account, BEFORE uninstalling it), it works like a charm. I use it to log into apps though my browser, phone, etc. I don't know what I would use if it went away. So don't go away.
