5 stars: I really am enjoying zoom to connect with my friends. It's a really good app but takes some time to learn and understand a few settings. The one complaint I have is sometimes when you get a phone call and don't pick it up you'll sometimes lose your sound but if you do pick up any phone calls you will most certainly have to log out and log back in. I been meaning to email zoom and ask if there's a fix for that but keep forgetting.
3 stars: Since the latest update anytime I my hand covers my front facing camera on my phone my entire screen goes black and I cannot see or do anything on my phone until the camera is no longer covered. It does not matter if zoom is running in the background or in the foreground. When I log off a zoom meeting and close the zoom app this does not happen.
2 stars: Hi, I am having technical difficulties during meetings. I can't seem to use my Bluetooth device during meetings. I tried everything from updating, rejoining the meetings, etc., and nothing helped. It looks as if the app doesn't support Bluetooth audio devices. I tried with other devices and apps. Everything works,just not with this app. Kindly resolve the issue. Thank you.
