5 stars: I really am enjoying zoom to connect with my friends. It's a really good app but takes some time to learn and understand a few settings. The one complaint I have is sometimes when you get a phone call and don't pick it up you'll sometimes lose your sound but if you do pick up any phone calls you will most certainly have to log out and log back in. I been meaning to email zoom and ask if there's a fix for that but keep forgetting.
5 stars: Great communication tool! Works well most of the time, requires stable internet connection and device with adequate processing capability. Makes face-to-face business global, reduces need to travel. I would like to see easier update (1 click) for PC's running Linux OS. Keep up the good work, Zoom Team! Many thanks for all you do!
3 stars: App works intermittently, I have been a paid user for a little over a year. New issues. When you miss a call the screen no longer alerts you, it just says you have a missed notification but not actually what it is. Then I have to open my email to find the voicemail, if they left one.
3 stars: Its a good app, but somehow they managed to break it. The app refuses to use my Bluetooth earbuds, making all audio go through my phone speaker, making it impossible to be in a meeting when there is family around. It's the most frustrating issue I have seen in any app, breaking one of the most important features may be the reason I switch to Google meet.
