4 stars: Palmpay app is very good and delivers highly on it's promise to facilitate fast and easy payment of bills and interbank transfer. I use it to pay my electricity, DStv bills etc, upon which I get free coupons and discount regularly. The little fault is only with the dashboard. An improvement on the dashboard and user interface will be a welcome development. Aside this the app is very good.
3 stars: Generally a good app, but I will suggest the developers work more on the quality of the transaction receipt, it looks very childish and odd, when compared to others and please include a narrative feature on the transaction/receipt.
