5 stars: Best camera I have gotten. And I've owned a few. My only issue which really isn't an issue is it keeps switching to LQ when I change it to HQ. Not sure why it's doing that, but its not a huge deal. The alerts are accurate and the visual quality is very good. I was impressed so much with this camera, that I ended up buying a 2nd. The app is user friendly and the initial setup was a breeze
4 stars: Partially installed, as a DIYer, I have set up the device on the inside of my bedroom window using the wireless connection. I am waiting to have the device installed at the door entrance. Easy to follow manual, nicely design camera, hoping it will give a few years of service. I would love for it to auto rotate.
3 stars: It seems the better the hardware you have the better the user experience is. I recently upgraded to the C210 camera and the AI detection makes a huge difference to finding relevant recordings. I would still like to be able to select a start and end time to save a block of video rather than doing in real-time though. Light controls are absolutely fine.
2 stars: Bought a couple of these, price is great, night vision is great, set up was simple and straightforward. However, not very impressed with these cameras. They keep going offline all throughout the day at random times and most cases they recover on their own after 30 mins sometimes over an hour. What's the point in a security camera if it keeps going offline and you can't see what's happening? ...
