4 stars: i love it, there's so many useful and pretty items and also cheap. but, i am very frustrated with this one problem, why aren't you sending a verification code? I can't open/access my account without verification, i forgot the password of my acc. It was okay back then but now it's not sending me a verification code. I know my sim is not the problem because i can still receive message from other source, except from shein. It says that
3 stars: Almost very good, but not quite. They have coupons and they will say you qualify to use them, but when you go to checkout they don't work and it's because it only applies to specific brands. The quality of clothing ranges from 0-10 and you just never know what you will get. After you order some items, they change to non-refundable.
2 stars: Update 5/26/23--I was very happy with this for a while until I had an issue with a large shipment saying it was delivered, but never was. That's when I realized they have NO way of letting them know that, NO way of disputing a shipment and NO way to get help. If they simply had a
2 stars: Shein is pretty good with the options of clothes and other stuff, cheap prices, quick delivery and easy to use app. But you always have to be causious when buying certain colours like white because the cheap fabric used will almost always be see-through even when it's not ment to be. Not to mention the people who actually make the stuff get paid next to nothing. Do better Shein!
