5 stars: I've been an avid AliExpress shopper for years and have enjoyed the updates they've had both to their app and to the shopping/shipping experience (especially the combined delivery). However, with the most recent update, you can't tell which items have been combined for delivery. Also, in the cart, items from the same store are no longer grouped together. I think these were very useful features that should be brought back.
5 stars: I can't stop spending on this app. It's absolutely fascinating. So many funky items and must have buys for super cheap prices. I love Ali Express. Alot of the items are also sold in this country (England) but for 3 times the price in some cases. The app is easy to navigate around and always updated with new offers and products. Also, customer service is there to step in and help with disputes if needed.

2 stars: Worst problem with aliexpress is they will never side with the customer. Doesnt matter what happened. I've had defective items arrive and other items not show up, I've never gotten a refund or compensation for any of these type of problems. No matter the proof you show them and how obvious the problem is they will still only help the seller. Very poor customer service.
