5 stars: They have so many categories (sexy, plus size, modest dress, chic, etc). It's so easy to order and returns are free as long as everything is returned at once, meaning you can't do multiple different return packages. Majority of the clothes are good quality. And you can easily see real reviews to see how the clothes look on non-models, which is the most important thing!
4 stars: Love SheIn, I order frequently and am always finding new things. The only thing I don't like is you have to review an order when you receive everything. If an order is split you can't review a split package until everything arrives. But the deals and quality are great.
3 stars: I received my first order quicker than I expected. I was satisfied with half the order, but disappointed in the coat and flip flops I ordered. The coat wasn't even close to the description, the flip flops while nice on the top, had soles of hard plastic. I guess, it may reflect the price.
2 stars: This was once easy to use. After the 562nd update, the recommended items search is now extremely time consuming! If I'm unable to use or fit into an item, I choose recommended to find something similar to what I was viewing at that time... NOT A LIST OF ITEMS I'VE VIEWED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR!!! PLEASE consider reconfiguring.
