5 stars: Love shopping on Shein. All products are good quality. You can earn points for free (1 point = 1 penny) and spend the points on anything you want. They have a free trial program, that if selected, you get to keep the item for a honest product review in exchange. I have never had an issue with any of my orders or the products I recieved. Great products for cheap. What's not to like?!
4 stars: The app works very well, with very minimal hiccups. So far, I have been very satisfied with my purchases using this app. The quality is good for the price. Some items, mainly shoes, had to be returned because of size differences. Don't expect a designer brand quality for the price, but it does endure. The return process was painless also.
4 stars: I love the product mix, but there needs to be a section for plus size women that are also short. Everything I purchase from Shein either has to be hemmed or it falls all the way to where it's just brushing the ground unless I wear heels. I cannot wear heels very much due to a knee injury that I battle. Otherwise, I love the clothing and I love the styles!!
3 stars: Almost very good, but not quite. They have coupons and they will say you qualify to use them, but when you go to checkout they don't work and it's because it only applies to specific brands. The quality of clothing ranges from 0-10 and you just never know what you will get. After you order some items, they change to non-refundable.
